OOPS!

Another traffic ticket!  I'm not sure how they identified our car in the dark. The picture shows two headlights and nothing else. We went by the area that day but not the time they say on the ticket. The date of the ticket is July  and we just received it in November.  The good news it cost R100.00 which is $10.00.  We won't fuss, just pay it and move on.
